Life Floor kicked off 2025 with our annual all-company planning meeting in Orlando, Florida. For a week, our team gathered to reflect on our journey, strategize for the future, and strengthen our commitment to our core values: People, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, Positivity, and Collaboration. This gathering wasn’t just about planning—it was about immersing ourselves in our work, connecting as a team, and celebrating the impact of our products.


Living Our Core Values Through Exploration

One of the highlights of the week was visiting three incredible locations that showcase Life Floor’s innovation and dedication to creating safe, enjoyable aquatic environments.

This premier water park demonstrated how our flooring solutions enhance both safety and aesthetic appeal. Walking through the park reminded us why we’re passionate about delivering excellence.


At this iconic destination, we explored how our work integrates seamlessly into immersive environments, blending innovation with the highest standards of quality and design. Our team also took a moment to snap some selfies with this beloved character for the kids at home.


Touring this future installation site was particularly inspiring. This nonprofit village provides magical experiences for critically ill children and their families, and we’re honored to contribute to their mission through our Matching Funds Grants Program. Since 2011, our team has been dedicated to innovative design solutions, increased play value, and inclusivity, and this program extends that purpose to positively influence facilities in need. This visit reinforced our commitment to serving people and making a difference in the lives of those who interact with Life Floor.

Give Kids the World Village is currently transforming Jack’s Wacky Water Works splash pad, within the Park of Dreams pool area. Life Floor’s design team collaborated with them to enhance the existing under-the-sea theme around the splash pad, incorporating playful, cephalopod-inspired designs.


Strengthening Bonds Through Fun and Discovery

Beyond work, we embraced positivity and collaboration through a variety of team-building activities. From a playful round of mini-golf to the excitement of a game-show activity and moments spent around the resort to celebrating at our holiday party, the time was filled with laughter and connection. A trip to Universal Studios brought out our adventurous sides, while exploring the beauty of the Tibet-Butler Nature Preserve offered a chance to reconnect with nature and reflect on our shared purpose. We also had a chance to meet with one of our top design partners, Martin Aquatic, at their Orlando office. These moments of joy and camaraderie rounded out the week and underscored the importance of valuing each other as a team.

Charting the Course for 2025

The Orlando offsite wasn’t just about looking back; it was about envisioning what’s next. Guided by integrity, we took a hard look at our goals, strategies, and opportunities to ensure we’re delivering the best experiences for our clients and partners. By fostering open dialogue and welcoming diverse perspectives, we set a foundation for impactful collaboration in the year ahead.
